Once or twice a week, after removing nail polish and shaping nails, gently massage a small quantity of product on bare wet nails and cuticles (for 10-20 seconds each finger). Rinse off with lukewarm water, using the MAVALA NAIL BRUSH. Dry well with a towel. Follow with MAVALA CUTICLE REMOVER to form a perfect nail contour, while rolling back cuticles.Shipping Notes

Good Fit for a Bigger Guy

I'm a bigger guy--6-foot, 240lbs--so I struggle sometimes with finding the right fit. This shirt fit my broad shoulders and ample mid-section with ease, and I was even able to tuck it in. I have long arms (76-inch reach), and this shirt fit the bill.
