ARCHES 1795104 Watercolour Pad, 12 Sheets, 300 g/m², Coarse Grain, Glued Top A3: 42 x 29.7 cm Made in the traditional way on a round sieve machine, ensuring that the fibres are evenly distributed, making the paper very stable. This watercolour paper is made from long fibres made from 100% rag. This allows it to absorb a lot of water without warping or bleeding the colours. It is glued to the core with natural gelatin so it can be scraped without tearing or fibres. This inner glue also prevents paint from penetrating into the paper, allowing light to fall through the pigment and be reflected off the white paper, while ensuring the ageing resistance of the colours.
