Solid steel heads are fully encased in a premium virgin urethane coating, providing exceptional protection against impact and wear. The heads are permanently fused to a single, hardened chrome handle using a solid weld, resulting in a balanced, one-piece design that eliminates weak points found in other dumbbell styles.

To deliver maximum comfort and control, the handles feature a medium-textured knurling for a steady grip that doesn’t compromise on comfort. For weights up to 45LB, the handle diameter measures 32MM, increasing to 34.5MM for weights above 50LB.

Our dumbbells are finished with a refined black matte coating and high-visibility weight markings alongside the Irwin Fitness logo. Unlike other weights that degrade over time, the urethane finish stays pristine and resists signs of aging, even after constant use.
