RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the this product and it is being a business item, you will not be covered under statutory consumers rights refund policy. If you purchase the item under your personal name or your personal card, it will still be classed as a business transaction. we are unable to offer refund on this product
By purchasing, you will understand that there will be no refund. If you bought the item by mistake, we are unable to exchange to another item either. Please do not buy if you intend to claim a refund or exchange. Refund will not be accepted on postage or goods.

We post out your items immediately after cleared payment. If you order before 1pm your items will be posted out the same day except weekends. We use various of courier such as DHL, TNT, Fedex, Post etc… We will choose a suitable courier company depending on which is available at the time. Your item will usually be with you in 2-3 days. Depending on your country, it can take up to 7 days to receive the item. Your item maybe lost or we are unable to track it if you do not contact us after 3 weeks of purchase.
