Dove never fails us, ladies! Solid lotion for all over.

They can pump out all the fancy moisturizers and lotions they want - I always come back to the originals. Dove has a brand reputation which never fails. This cream serum is awesome for all over my body after a hot shower (bc it kinda dries out my skin). Face and body, it works. Apply after shower before bed and you have a whole skincare routine. It's a great deep conditioning lotion

This is above and beyond your usual body Moisturizer! Very hydrating, I haven't experienced any sticky residue. It absorbs quickly, I put it on just after a shower to hold in moisture.
Accidentally discovered while using a lotion applicator for my back that it also gives your hair a great deep conditioning! I didn't have any residue in my hair either.

Honestly the best

I have pretty sensitive skin and have keratosis pilaris on my arms. This is honestly the best lotion I’ve ever used and I’ve tried many many lotions. My skin is soft but not greasy. Extremely Helpful for Dry, Irritated Skin but Personally Too Heavy for My Face

This is one of those products that I completely understand the hype around because it truly does work very well for dry, irritated, over-processed, or compromised skin areas. The texture is rich, soothing, and very protective without having a strong fragrance, which I appreciate because heavily scented skincare products usually irritate my skin immediately.
I have found this especially helpful for dry patches, irritation from weather, over-exfoliation, and areas where the skin barrier simply feels stressed or uncomfortable. A very small amount goes a long way and the tube itself lasted much longer than I expected.
That being said, for me personally this product is simply too heavy to use regularly on my face because I am somewhat breakout-prone with richer creams. While it feels incredibly soothing, I personally prefer using it more selectively on very dry or irritated areas rather than as an all-over facial moisturizer.
The packaging arrived perfectly sealed with no leaking or damage during shipping and the product looked exactly as expected upon arrival. For the amount you receive and how little is needed per use, I also think the value is very good compared to many other barrier repair creams.
Overall, I absolutely understand why so many people love this product and I do think it is excellent for repairing and protecting irritated skin — I just personally have to be careful about where and how heavily I apply it.

I am very happy with this product. I have been using it on irritated and dry skin, and I noticed a big improvement in a short time. It has a smooth texture, absorbs well, and does not feel greasy. It helps calm the skin quickly and restores the skin barrier. I have used it both on my face and on small sensitive areas of the body, and it works very well in both cases. It is definitely a skincare essential that I will always keep in my routine. I highly recommend it.
