Please ensure when ordering you supply us with your chosen engraving type and message to be engraved.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to email us your chosen engraving type, please send these to [email protected], including your order reference and let us know if you have any comments for our engraving team.

Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email. We will then make your jewelry piece. Our standard turnaround time is around 7 days from receipt of your engraving text. We will of course contact you if we expect a delay producing your item.

Your jewelry piece will be beautifully gift-wrapped in a jewelry box with an EverWith bag, ideal for gifting.

Your finished jewelry piece will be dispatched using an international courier service with a 1 hour delivery window, with tracking information emailed to you.
