We like opportunities to increase our heart rate and the Endorphin Speed 3 is great for running fast. That said, these shoes don’t need to be left just for your fastest workouts and race day. There’s plenty of cushion and support for a wide spectrum of paces without ever weighing you down.

WHAT’S NEW:

Endorphin Speed 3 is more stable than its predecessors, and most plated up-tempo shoes on the market for that matter. The added stability is achieved by the S-curve winged nylon plate as well as a wider platform. This also means there is more PWRUNPB foam under foot than in the past as well, which means more comfort while still being very light and springy.
