We think the design of the FUCARE LIBRA is absolutely fantastic. It stands out in any situation and provides an outstanding ride, and it meets all the AU regulations.

FUCARE has gone to a lot of effort to be individualistic, even has its own branded tyres, these are road style tread, totally unique and not the off-road style so typical of the fat tyres generally seen. This makes for a super smooth ride on road surfaces. Other branding features make this e-Bike a one-off in many respects.

LIBRA is a 20*4" fat road tyre MOPED CARGO style e-bike with full hydraulic spring suspension making for comfortable riding around the city or OFF ROAD if you happen to encounter some. It is very nice and comfortable to ride. The seat is a little firm to begin with, but will last for years giving good support. It is colour matched in a nice tan-brown colour with the rear seat. And there is an aftermarket seat post with suspension , as can be seen in "PARTS" tab.

LIBRA rear suspension is designed to take a passenger, or with a suitable baby carrier you may take a young child. Or you may use the rear as a cargo carrier and for that the seat can be removed if required. It has one of the highest load ratings of any e-bike, being 180kg.
And yes, there now is the "Rear Passenger Set" that has the footpegs to make it a true two-person e-Bike as spoken about in the video by Micky. See this in the "ACCESSORIES" tab in the header and add your requirements to the cart. There is also a "Suspension Seatpost" you can find in "PARTS" tab.

LIBRA features a large quality 48V20Ah LG lithium battery providing 65-130km of travel depending on the PAS level used in peddling.
Regulated power is 250W and max speed of 25kph. This is to comply with AUS Law.

LIBRA maybe unlocked if you wish to ride off-road or on private property, giving the full 750W power of the motor, and a max speed capable of 50kph. 
Contact us at time of purchase and we will un-lock for you, or if you receive your LIBRA in restricted mode, we will send you a video of how to un-lock.

Full adjustment of all LIBRA parameters is available through the display, power, torque, take-off dwell, acceleration level and top speed, all to any setting that suits you, up to 750W power and top speed of 50kph, all through the display program. Just brilliant !

And the LIBRA display is something else to see, unique in looks and with every possible parameter adjustable through the display. This is one of the best fully adjustable displays to be seen.

LIBRA has a nice feel of class about it, looks like it is built to last and is very strong with good componentry and for what you get the price is great. A sign of FUCARE'S quality is the totally shielded chain on the front sprocket.
