👌簡易煮法：
♨️將材料洗淨，雞肉或排骨川燙、香菇泡軟備用。
♨️加入3000cc的水和材料再將川燙好的雞肉或排骨、香菇、米酒、薑片煮到熟約40分鐘；再放入竹笙煮5分鐘調味即可熄火。
