| Theory | Double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used in this kit. Specific anti-human CXCL10/IP-10 antibody was precoated on a high-affinity microplate. After incubation, CXCL10/IP-10 in the sample was combined with the solid-phase antibody and the detection antibody to form an immune complex. After washing to remove the unbound material, the horseradish peroxidase labeled Streptavidin-HRP was added. After washing, the chromogenic substrate was added and the color was developed in the dark. The reaction was terminated by adding the termination solution, and the absorbance value was measured at 450nm wavelength (reference correction wavelength 540nm or 570nm). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Background | Chemokine ligand 10 (CXCL10), also known as interferon-inducible protein 10 (IP-10) or micro-inducible cytokine B10, is a small molecular weight cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family. Many types of cells can secrete IP-10 in response to IFN-γ, including monocytes, endothelial cells and fibroblasts. IP - 10 has a variety of functions, such as the monocyte/macrophage, T cells, NK cells and dendritic cell chemotaxis, promote T cell adhesion to endothelial cells, antitumor activity and inhibition of bone marrow colony forming and angiogenesis. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| General Notes | 1. Please use the kit within the validity period. 2. Components of different kits and different batch kits should not be mixed. 3. If the sample value is greater than the highest value of the standard curve, the sample should be diluted with (1×) The samples were diluted and retested. If the cell culture supernatant sample needs to be diluted, except for the last step, diluent (1×) is used. "In addition to dilution, cell culture medium may be used for other intermediate dilutions." 4. The difference of the test results can be caused by a variety of factors, including the operation of the experimenter, the use of the pipettor, the washing technique, the reaction time or temperature, the storage of the kit, etc. 5. Fit 2025 Honda crv hybrid sport l
These fit my 2025 Honda crv hybrid sport-l perfectly. They are much more economical than having the shop replace them. I wish it said what the composition is- cotton or otherwise, because I have read you should oil cotton filters to work as intended. I didn't oil them amd so far haven't had any problems, but time will tell.
They are a great value for the money and work as described. I would recommend these if you want to save some money on parts and labor for replacing your air filters. There are some good videos online that show you how step by step.
I haven't noticed any odors or lack of durability since installing them.
