Grapes were de-stemmed, followed by maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at around 25°C for 7 days. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine was regularly racked over the winter to naturally clarify, before spending six months in stainless steel prior to bottling with less than 50mg/l sulphur added. Fresh and juicy, with light, bright fruit and supple, silky tannins.
